Overhaul complete

Well, after nearly 4 months the engine overhaul is complete. When I removed the engine and checked it out there was an old carb jet in caught by the intake valve on number 4. Easily fixed but I decided to do a full overhaul while the engine was out. Quite a job but very enjoyable. I got lots of help from the local VW Club and Mark from The Metric Nut in Christchurch. Rings, valves, clutch etc etc etc all replaced.
